so I dont have a drip can, i just have a hose hanging down in front of my diff. and I have excessive blow by as far as im concerned for 60,000km.... is something plugged? or done wrong or is there a better set up? i have very high Oil pressure too. 100+ psi cold ( gauge only reads to 100 ) and 50-60 hot idleing. would that have something to do with it? not sure what to build/buy to make this more of a breather then undercoating my truck

Sender is most likely bad you might stop by a Cummins dealer and replace it.As for the excessive blow by you might check vacuum hoses for a leak. Leaking vacuum hose will make the vacuum pump into a air compressor for the engine hence blow by issues.

If you need to buy an oil sending unit then buy it from Geno's.When I bought one this year for my gen 2 the stealership said it was $250. I said ya, over my dead body!Bought it from Geno's and was less than $50. Shipping was a few extra bucks.

I would check into any vacuum leaks as mike said before you replace the sender. My truck will read 80 to 85 psi cold and roughly the same as you when warm. Its been that way as long as ive owned it and i have zero blowby.
