What's the best reasonably priced vacuum y'all can recommend to me?? My current one is about 10 years old and I've never really liked it from day 1. As of now, it's last legs and doesn't suck so well any more. That's a serious observation also!!!! Thanks in advance.

When they quit suckin', that's the time to kick 'em to the curb.. So, in my opinion, the Dyson is over-rated, and over-priced.. We bought one to replace our beat-down Hoover canister vac. Weve had a Kirby going on 7 years now. Free annual service and cleaning for the life of the vacuum, we take it in and they completely disassemble it, clean it and give it a thorough inspection. If they find anything wrong, they fix it free of charge. So far weve had no issues and it is an awesome vacuum. My mother has had her kirby going on 15 years now, and my grandmothers is even older. Theyre expensive, but it will be the last vacuum you ever buy.

Wife and I went from a huge old filter queen which just keep going forever to a Dyson and absolutely love it.I found it on Amazon for about half of regular retail.
