I'd pick up a used HX35W ($200-$300) to replace your HY35 and rebuild it yourself. Rebuild kit is $80-$100 and you can download a comprehensive Holset rebuild guide online. Total cost approx. $300.00 and 2-4 hours of your time. Only special tools required are snap ring pliers and they don't cost much. A HX35 will go nicely with 40-75hp injectors, EGT's should never be an issue, and should improve fuel economy 1-2mpg. A boost elbow for you waste gate set between 30-35psi and you are screamin'

The HY isn't too bad, but if your going to spend some money I would get a HX, especially with injectors. If you want to go a little further you can ship it to Turbo Re-Source in Lake Havasu, Az and they will rebuild it to better than new, and give you a 1 year guarantee. I am going to be shipping my dad's HE351CW off to them in a few weeks for a rebuild, and have a larger turbine wheel installed.

Killer223, I'm in the same boat. My HY has some play and oil leakage and I'm ready for a rebuild, and I'm leaning towards an HX upgrade. I just got an EZ on level 3 (+65 HP) and I have 60 HP injectors and the HY seems to handle the power just fine. I found an HX around here that needs a rebuild for $150 plus $100 for the rebuild kit. I don't see a downside. Hopefully I can get this accomplished in 2-3 weeks and report my findings.
