Haven't finished yet, but got the wheel well lights installed this weekend as well as the side markers. I still need one more set of Back up lights directly behind the truck. The side lenses were in place but no wiring was present... So I upgraded to the LED's :thumb1:post-13212-138698208979_thumb.jpg

LEDs are cool lighting but expensive. :spend:I truly wonder how long the wheel well light are going to last or work with all the debris flung by the tires and the mud and dirt that will stick to the lights?

We shall see:thumb1: But maintenance and cleaning will be a must:wink:

What are your white backup lights? Are they just different bulbs in the OEM housing? If so, what are they? Sorry for 1,000 questions!

I am curious too about those taillight backups. They appear very bright. I definitely need to add some lights to the back of mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

Actually those are OEM... I think it is just the way the camera caught the pic.. Wish they were that bright!!! I am going to add another light on the hitch frame for direct light behind the truck:wink:

Suggestion. Move it back to the rear diff cover you'll never break the light while hitching up then.

I have 4-55 watt lights. Two on the headache rack and 2 on the bumper. Been on the truck for over 4 years and haven't broken one yet. Work great and cost $48 dollars for all four. They run off of two relays and one switch. With your led's in the wheel well, it will make changing a tire at night pretty easy.:lmao:

I'd love to drop in some better LEDs but it's like buying a pig in a poke.

I intend to put two of the lights like the big wreckers use on mine, but I have to many other things going on to worry bout those now, Not to mention they are made of gold I believe. My back up lights only function when they feel like it so I could use some worthwhile light back there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

I had some holes cut in my bumper and installed some standard grommet mount lights. This way they fit flush but are as far back as they can be so I get the most light output. It's kinda hard to see them in the pic but here ya go. Posted Image

I'll get a better pic so everyone can see. Out of all the mods I have I easily get the most compliments on those stupid lights lol!! Posted Image

If my bumper was not a rusted out piece of crap, it would be an idea. I'm contemplating having a bumper fabricated... that would be the thing to do.
