That is about how fast they move sometimes. 

Driply, last permit application the lady at the counter was a 'pissy missy'. She actually called in three police officers from next door (we were in city hall) over a discussion on code requirements. I knew she was wrong about it and quoted her the code.

That's when she called the police to enter in and have them stand all around her.  It was like she'd love to have me hauled off to jail

 

I could tell from the very beginning that she enjoyed annoying me. None the less, I stayed very polite from the very get go and the whole way thru
