You bet it does. I just got back from voting. If you don't vote you have NO RIGHT to complain about the outcome.

I was voter #95 at my polling place.  Normally I'm within the first 20.  I went at around the time I usually go also.

 

I voted to change it back to the way it was.

Those who vote determine nothing, those who count the votes do.
