Straight Pipe Exhaust - 2001 4x4 2500

Hey guys.I want to straight pipe my exhaust. I know moparman has it - any1 else with any experiences ?? Any difference in reducing EGT ? Any increase in HP or mpg ?? Any issues with safety/state car checks ? Anyone know the part number from NAPA ?? Just something like EXH 49099 ?? Most importantly - where do I cut off the old one/unclamp and attach - and directions - assume simple but pretty new :) thx all :cool:
