So I've decided on the 4in DE exhaust. I've heard nothing but good things and buying from a local and US made product is always a good thing IMO. A couple questions...

When the exhauat says it comes with a "muffler replacement" is that the equivalent of muffler delete?

Also I'd rather not use my stock exhaust clamps, what are some good clamps I could get and how many would I need?

Thanks in advance!

So how did everything go?!

The install was pretty easy.  I ended up with a 4' section of pipe left over.  I bought the band clamps from FTE and those made the install a breeze.  In all, it took me about 2 hours.  I didn't have to put the truck on jacks, I just rolled around on the creeper.  It sounds great.  I pull my 5er to southern Idaho right after the install and there was no noticeable drone in the cab.  The EGTs were cooler, but the system that I removed was a hodge-podge of constrictions--so no surprise there.  Very happy with the system and I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome, glad the install went well and that you're enjoying it! Definitely changes up how you drive too! I don't think my passenger window has been fully closed in quite a while! :burnout:

Yeah, I have found myself doing the same thing.

I like my diamond eye 4 inch duals. The only issue I have is the clamps supplied in the kit show rust very quick. But the pipe is fine.
