  1. My thoughts where the ecm had to much of a draw on it and killed the power to the pump almost like a safe mode, thats just a idea.as soon as I got mine on relay with a fuse and it would pop a 20 amp fuse then I new the raptor was gone
  2. My raptor did the same thing not to long ago I tried running it with a relay nothing and it would bliw the fuse nothing i did would keep it running past 30 seconds. When I had a volt metter on the plug I would watch it lose power. Mine was fine when it was hot wired. I ended up buying a fass 150 which plugs right into the factor plug and haven't had any problems with it . I think it is a sign of a dead pump you could look at my thread it's called lift pump help I would start with getting it on a relay off the battery with a fuse and if it pops the fuse then then pump is bad my rapor lasted about 30k
  3. I completely agree, I started using it about 3 years ago. Anything that helps my pump last a little longer is great in my mind. Plus I can really notice when I forget/runout of oil the motor is noticeable louder
  4. Well after a long talk with the dealer the truck did come factory with it. Other then that they where no help but nothing new there. She did make sure to tell me it was 100 bucks for the fob and 86 for them to program it . I have low beams now so I am guessing there is a loose wire under there somewhere. This morning I ended up breaking the valet button trying to figure out what was wrong but the light still flashes other than a new button and the key fobs everything should work still?

  6. Thanks that just what I needed. Still don't have low beam head lights but I do have highs. If I am reading this right I should look at pin 19 and 8?
  7. Ok I depind one of the plugs when I pushed the clutch in. it is factor for sure after looking at it. For somereason someone has put the flashing lights into the box because that part does not look factory. Thanks for trying to help definitely going to have to look into this a little bit more.

  9. The factory horn works. I would say it's not working at the moment because the doors don't auto lock anymore which is great because they never unlocked. So my passenger door isn't locked when I walk to that side which you would think after this long I would remember to unlock them before I walk to that side of the truck.I think tomorrow I might pull my truck into works heated garage and look a little closer. I know there was no name just a sticker with a bar code and numbers

Never got a key fob with the truck.The part that flashing is definitely a button when I first got the truck I would push it seeing if it did anything.the funny this that it the button is on the plastic panel right above my left knee. One of the main reasons I made that post was out of fear that I wouldn't let my truck start someday. Do you mean hold the button and turn the key to the on position or start the truck.

  12. I have always seen this little light on the knee panel but it havr never been on so never really looked into it. After I changed my batteries on Saturday that light is always flashing when the truck is off.i kinda looked in to it today and that light runs to a keyless entry box under the steering wheel. Did these trucks come with keyless entry? If they did how do I shut that light off. On a plus side the doors don't lock on startup anymore also I did pull the box down if doesn't have any name on it.

I had to search it is am not sure which one is which you could just put the straw on and blow though it and find that port.and the other two will be returns I wouldn't think it would matter which one goes where on the returns Just make sure you plug the factory ports on the tank somehow so nothing gets in
  15. Ok one is return from the fass one is suction to fass and the last port is for return from injection pump

  17. Tried taking a picture of mine can't seem to load them but they look clean and oem clamps. they are centennial 27/75 batteries which seem to be 700 cca 875 ca AND 1005 HCA
  18. O no mine look nothing like that I clean mine at least once a year. I tested my batteries with something that looks like a cheese grater and it said both of them where good. Not sure of accurate it istl thats just what they use at work
  19. Going to test the batteries tomorrow that seems like a good place to start. I hope that's all it is
  20. Yes The gauge drops and when it's running the lights dim so I no they are working.
  21. I did check the cable ends they were tight and looked clean i never thought of the batteries I have no idea how old they are. know one marked the sticker on them, might have to get them tested.
  22. Having cold start issues not that it's taking longer to start but it pops off to the normal 800 rpms but then a split second later it drops to 500 or so and sounds like it might die. Then come back up and never does it again just when it sits over night. if I plug it in it doesn't have this it starts just fine When I get to 190 and shut the truck off and restart the truck it's fine. The only this different I have different if instead of the puff of black Smoke it is more of a gray. The only code I have is po602 and the could be from the superchip I have. I haven't looked into it to much because I really have no idea where to start. Would like to figure it out before it starts getting below 0 right now it's around the teens at night and the around freezing during the day. Any help as always would be appreciated
  23. If the fan was kicking in you would no it sounds like a jet taking off. I also have a front on mine would drop to 160 or so but after changing the thermostat it stays right at 190,itsright around 30 degrees here. Does it come back up to temp when you take off again
  24. ÖGot the fass 150 installed went really good it took about 6 hours over all I am very happy with it. The fuel pressure is little low only at 15 but just drops about a half a pound unlike the raptor . Do I have to just put a washer in on the return side? One thing that I didn't like was that there is a lot of extra wire the is rolled up under the hood. But I did get the straw cut right I was down the the fuel light.
