Thank you for the reply. That link is helpful. But I have already modded the crankcase vent. I did figure out the issue. I was 1.5 gallons low of coolant. No leaks but haven't added in 2 years. Today it is cool out and my 2000 3500 is going almost to red on accel. And the quadzilla reads fine till 204 then reads -40. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks Mike. I will try the tune rebuild. But the level change buttons are not working even after warm-up. I have the same issue on 2 devices. Both are devices that were working. I tried the uninstall on both devices. Acting exactly the same.

Hey guys it's me again. I am having a problem with the iquad app I'm having a hard time loading custom Tunes says variables have failed .I went on the default tune, now I cannot change levels. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled not sure where to go from here. Does anyone know how to contact quadzilla support? Phone#?

I am currently having an issue I cannot seem to clear gallon trip meter. I have tried shutting off the app, I have tried clearing the data log. any suggestions? Also. Does anyone have a VIN decoder so I know what gears I have? The paper decal in the glove box is disintegrated.

I am still heaving issues with my v.2 reading 0 psi to 10 max.... but my mechanical gauge reads 5 psi cruise 35psi wot... cleaned all grounds.... about to get new batterys. 1 is loosing a cell. Drops to 11.9 over weekend. Any other ideas other than rewiring from ecm to map? Bench tested map. Still good. 5volts good...

Anyone have any ideas as to why my truck will go into high idle after warmup temp is reached? I hit the pedle and it goes away. Just like quad zilla. But I unplugged the quadrille and it still does the same. Weird. No changes have been made.

I checked the article and the number given is a unicorn. There is 1 on ebay but looks used. Not new parts on the ol interweb thing lol. There are many cheap parts that say they work but I have had very little luck with either one. 1 popped in 10 days and this one is giving wrong readings. I am gonna try the grounds tonight. S165 looks like the one. Near the oil sending unit. Right?

My original went bad.... Bench tested and it was putting full 5v through. I bought 1 from ebay and it lasted 10 days. This one is from Advanced auto. I posted on the forums asking about a Cummins part. No one knew. I do know that the 01 has different voltage output signals. I thought maybe my 01 PCM was the issue.

I just went through this. You have to have the snubber. I blew diesel out the back of my sensor thorough the plug. Call glowshift. They will send you a new sensor if you are nice. But you will have to buy the snubber. Also.... I talked to the quadzilla guy on here and he said that the quadzilla sensor is probably different readings and that the glowshift sensor may plug in but may give wrong readings.

ADR1000. My truck is a 2000. But...... my pcm is from a 01. Moparman says it shouldnt matter. I should check my wiring. That's next. ..... I also just replaced the map. I think maybe the map sensor is not putting out right readings or maybe a bad wire or connection somewere. Does anyone have wiring diagram? I may just rewire it.

I am having the opposite. My quad says 11psi less than my mechanical gauge. Have you replaced your map sensor lately?

The iquad seems to use burst transmissions to communicate with our devices rather than a direct connection like to a stereo. I know I can use my phone or tablet with Iquad and also have it running Pandora on my truck stereo. ALL through bluetooth. I use the life 360 app also. It updates location often but not exactly real time. That's why they want you to use WiFi and your network also for better accuracy.

Be smart if someone could make an encryption program to handle that info. No key no usable data except telemetry which is what GPS is..... right?

Why not? Most androids have GPS. And like my truck I am running big tires and the speedo is off by 4mph. Just seems like it may be a easy fix. But I know nothing about android programming. I really am happy with the IQUAD app. Thanks again developers.....!!!

Also there should be an option to use the Trucks signal or GPS for speedometer in the quadrille Iquad app. If there is an issue with the math.....

My gauge doesn't move for 200 miles. Then it drops fast till it gets to 1/4 tank. Then it loses fuel pressure when accelerating. I don't go past half on the qauge. It has done this since puchased. Any ideas? Not really a topic for this thread huh? Sorry boys.....
