MPG Questions
MPG is a reflection of equipment and driving style.I previously had a 88 F250 460 gasser, got between 7 and 9 Mpg, so to say the least I have that beat all to He__. :cry:Currently my hand calculated mileage by the fill up is;Highway @ 65-70 = 19 to 20 mpg.City = 14 to 15 mpgTowing = about 13-14 mpg (7,000# 5th wheel 12' tall).Did I mention I love this truck!:hyper:F250 ate a qt of oil about every 1,000 miles.Cummins with 239,000 still full at 1st oil change @ 4,000 miles.

Brake woes
It is a given when I do my brakes, Calipers get rebuilt! It is not a hard thing to do. I have never had less than dual piston calapers on my first two trucks (F250 Gassers). First time I went to do it parts guy told me that I wouldn't get them right and the brakes wouldn't last. He was right I needed to replace them after only 79,000 miles! If you do it right and get the correct parts it is still a tight fit, seems like the rotor or pads are too thick, but once in place and pedal depressed and release all turns freely.

Oil Pressure
I put a fair amount of trust in the Stock gauge. On start up in clod weather it goes up to about 80 - 90#. Then as the truck warms up it will come back down to around 50#. Helped a neighbor roll a new set of berings into his Log truck, (at about 350,000 miles) we noticed a hole wore in the lower half of the 1st bearing we removed. It was a bit of a concern, until we noticed that it was opposite the oil passage in the top bearing! The bearing surface showed little wear.

Engine Block Warmer
So did you have a bad cord? I have found if it is working the entire engine is very warm to the touch. Made for a nice working environment to change my stock LP to the FASS DDRP-02, I will relocate when it is a bit nicer outside.

Puke Bottle Question
The Puke bottle was MIA on my 01 when I bought it simply had an extension hose that is zip tied to the Sway bar. Very seldom have a drip. Currently working on getting the bottom half of the engine clean. Go to the local want wash run about 10 minutes of time get home then see what I missed!:banghead:

Oil Change
I also didn't realize that Delo came in different levels and got the LE stuff, looks like in Oregon I may be stuck with a LE oil no matter what I use.:banghead: First change I used a Purolator filter, but noticed the return holes to be smaller than the Cummins/Mopar that it replaced. I had also read to fill the filter before installing (takes a full QT.). It was nice to see the pressure come up quickly on startup.
