Ecm?
I’ll give them a call. All grounds are good and I’ve cleaned just about everything I can.

Revs up and down.
I noticed something else unrelated maybe someone can help me with..unless it’s ecm related as well....my IAT is always in the 150s. I’ve been in Arizona for a few months and outside temp is in the 90s, sometimes 100s. But even early when it’s in the 70s outside my IAT is never under 140

Replaced lift pump and injection pump, still losing all fuel pressure
Replaced my in tank pump when I did the mod to it. Top had a crack and screen was very dirty. I had the same issue as you. Only after I installed my airdog. It was pulling fuel out of the in-tank pump faster then it filled.

Ecm?
So yesterday my truck kept cutting out and having no throttle response. And no wait to start light. Does this mean ecm? No codes either. Already did w-t ground wire mod. Barely started after it died yesterday. Had to turn it over for 15-20 sec before it started back up to get me out of the middle of the road. Checking alternator today. If it is the ecm, can anyone recommend a good place? I’m looking to get one ASAP as it’s my only vehicle. I found this one from Ares Technologies, but i don’t think I know what it looks like because I thought I found it and then they gave me a part number for one 2 times as much.

Revs up and down.
Didn’t have time to get it tested today. On way home today same thing happened but much worse. Lost all throttle response and shut off. Wouldn’t stay back up for a good 30 min. No wait to start light now. No codes. Finally got it started after cranking for 15 seconds I’m Thinking ecm?

I will get the alternator tested. I already did the W-t ground wire mod. Trucks been running fine for a few days since I did that... until today.

Revs up and down.
No codes. I don’t know my fuel pressure. I ordered a quadzilla adrenaline with a fuel pressure gauge that should be here Tuesday. I just drove 20 more miles back to work after this happened. And no problems. Kind of seems like it surged once or twice at 45-50. Really small nothing too noticeable.

On the way home today truck lost all power and I had no throttle response. Then worked enough for me to get home before reving up and down until I shut it off

New front end, still wobbles
Yes. Only replaced bushings and links. Haven’t had a problem since, and I had the death wobble probably 5-6 times a day. Had the sway bar off for a day first just to see if it was problem. Didn’t death wobble so I replaced bushings and links. Bushings had probably 3/4 inch of play in each one...very stretched out.

New front end, still wobbles
I just fixed the death wobble on my truck. Not sure if it was sway bar links or bushings but I replaced both.

No fuel pressure gauge yet. I’m currently trying to do the w-t mod.

On my way to autozone today it had an awful cut off. Seemed like a governor kicking in or something like my old Chevy... after it slowed down a little starting accelerating normal again. Scanner shows I went 168! Lol Dash speedometer never went over 45!

Yes! I planned on doing the ground mod but kept telling myself I didn’t need to. My own fault. Ill get a volt meter tomorrow and see what AC noise I have.

Fuel pressure 5psi. 0 at WOT
Yes but under 35 it’s fine. Does it less at high speeds it seems like
-
Fuel pressure 5psi. 0 at WOT
Yes exactly what it feels like. I’ve fixed it before with a bad ground but this time. Way worse and happens all the time. It’s my daily driver so I still have to use it. Luckily I can go 30-35 everywhere in town

Okay I’ll check that. I noticed it doesn’t surge if I keep the throttle position under 10%

Fuel pressure 5psi. 0 at WOT
I only ask because my Uncle owned the truck before me and I asked him about it and he said he remembers the cam sensor causing RPM problems. The scanners live data only showed rpm not speed with it unplugged. I’m not sure how to measure Ac noise while driving down the road.

Could cam position sensor cause this?

No change with it unplugged.

I’ll try that! Do you know the location of it?
-
Fuel pressure 5psi. 0 at WOT
I’m not sure. It’s fine in park and neutral at any rpm. But once I get about 35mph it gets pretty bad.

Fuel pressure 5psi. 0 at WOT
So airdog installed. Good fuel pressure now but still surging! I got a better code reader and I noticed something odd. Every time it Surged my reader says my speed is 137mph. When i hold at 40 it says 40. But as soon as I touch 45 it starts surging and shooting out all kinds of numbers like 137,152,157. The red line is speed. The black line is RPM Dash speedometer is correct, nothing like what scanner is reading.

I had already ordered a new pump which should be here today, but I looked up fuel boss pumps and this is the message I keep finding....”Note on Fuel Boss availability: At this time we do not have an ETA on the Fuel Boss kits. Unfortunately the pump manufacturer closed due to the pandemic and we don't know when (or even if) they will be reopening.”

Just ordered this morning. Anyone have any problems with these? I was reading that it replaces the factory fuel filter housing?
