Then there should be a button on the image that you can click to upload a new image.  There are 3 buttons near the image.  It's the one on the left.

There is a pic icon but when I open it it gives me three choices but they are dead and do nothing when I use them. I want to upload one but it does nothing when clicking on it. It is also not called an avatar anymore I guess? I see it show up as profile picture and or background picture. Nowhere can I find anything that refers to avatar.

AHH so it is a drag and drop system rather than an upload system you say? I was thinking it was like most where you had to choose open and then upload it. never seen this system, will give it a try.

OK drag and drop worked but the crop system has me stumped now.

Again both methods work here. Either selecting form the pop-up file manger or drag and drop method. Double check your Java and Flash on your end I know Windows is separate software and not maintained by Windows so you have to manual ensure the software is up to date. Might try another browser like Chrome which happens to be the most HTML5 Compliant.

Move it where you like you can leave it full scale or not.

Click & Drag inside to move. Click & Drag on the frame to expand or shrink.
