2 inch leveling kit

Recommended Posts

I have full ranch hand replacement bumpers on all my rigs so I do not get the height as not having the extra weight so that probably plays a big role in none of mine needing longer shocks as I am only gaining about an inch and a quarter average height gain after front leveling systems.

I put $20 Monroe's on mine a little while. They do the job but they are hard. holding good too. I used them for budgetary reasons. Thanks for the info.

I want to do something like that on my 01. After all it's just a work truck.

Would you go with the Monroe shocks again?

I would use them again but am looking for a little better ride next time. My truck is the work truck and daily driver. Some of the road trips I make would be nicer with something more ride friendly. I have about 50k on them and they still function properly and only cost $20 each.

I hear ya' Dave, I might try another brand too just for comparing although I think Monroe had to own up to some better quality with everyone jumping on the Bilstein or Rancho's scenario.

Like you I'm tired of the stiff ride.
