New Project

Recommended Posts

Picked this up the other night. Cracked timing case, no fuel or air, but was only $250 with 167k on it. Now to find the project vehicle!  It’s currently between a 70’s F350, a 07 Super Duty, or a 70’s D600 farm truck. Thoughts?

Here's  good deals if you're near Denver, CO.

Here's another for a possible transplant into my old Ford.  I'd have to scrap the Dodge ECM and find a Cummins CM550 ECM to get it to run right as a stand alone with no other modules.

If anyone is looking for newer rims.

Now that is what I expect for prices about $1,000 to $2,000 for an engine. I can see $2,000 to $2,500 for a complete engine with ECM and fuel system intact.
