I did a pretty good bit of running around frome Friday night to this morning and just figured I would post some pics of the mileage. it was better than it had been all week but since it warmed up i wasn't having to go through long warm ups with truck. I have the SG2 set by GPS on speed and have not messed with the setting for when coasting.post-12542-138698198963_thumb.jpgMost of the driving was at 60MPH with Edge on 5x5. I played around in town a little and turned Edge down to 3x5 to get a little smoke when I was shifting. And I had a short 30-40 mile run at 65-67MPH with Edge on 5x5.

TFC? What is that by chance? But that avg is pretty good. Now to push it a bit more...

Trip fuel cost the newer SG2 has so many abilities and guages. The ODO is my corrected odometer but that is where the X-Guage function comes in handy cause I made that to where I can see it without having to go to trips and see it:thumbup2:

How many fill-ups have you done with it for calibration, out of curiosity?

I think I have 8 or 9 on it. One thing that I find odd is I always have to tweek the gallons that it thinks are put in and I always go to the same pump and face the same direction

Remember the fueling station pump are never absolute accurate. They can be off a small amount in 5 gallons. I watch the testing done at my local station and how its done. So if you calibrate once that's fine when you got a chance to check that's fine too. I typically set mine 0.1 highier making the MPG's just a touch lower. This makes me also work hard to get high numbers but typically I'm right close to the mark +/- 0.2 Gallons.

I have to tweak mine a bit more. About .5 gallon on the fill up today and that seems about usual. Sometimes more, sometimes less and appears somewhat dependent on what the use may have been. I usually can't use the same pump all the time since most times the station is packed which is likely why it is that far off. A couple times it has been nearly right on. I usually set it about .1 high also for the same reason as Mike.
