Hye guys Looking for something I can have in my truck that will do the following things 1) Inflate truck or RV tires if I have a flat or low pressure 2) Be able to support tools for camping - eg kettle/light 3) Be able to jump start truck if batteries dead. This is best I have found. Most are crap. Is there anything you guys would recommend better ? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/allReviews.do?product_id=13035281 Biggest issue seems to be how long it will hold charge if you use it with devices - only a couple of hours ....... plus having to start/stop on aircompressor as its not big enough

Sorry Silverram323, I copied a post onto this thread to help you with the youtube thing but it was older so ended up above your post, I deleted my post and for some reason it killed the whole thread. Luckily I had your thread up on a different window so I can copy and paste it. It should have worked so there is another bug in this new version that I have to tell Mike about... Hmm, or maybe it was because my post was the first post. I'll figure it out eventually But if you look at the buttons above this text box you see the mail envelope and then a picture and then a filmstrip, click the filmstrip then past the youtube link. Anyways this was Silverram323's o…

I'm starting driving school Monday. I all ready have my permit and 3 endorsements. Tanker, Haz materials, doubles/triples. Any pointers? Im nervous as i have never drove a big rig. I good at manual transmissions as my 1st vehicle was a Dodge Dakota with a stick. --- Update to the previous post... Ohh also the school is 3 weeks long, so i should have enough experience for my test at the end of school. Everyone tells me to take it slow.

Burning off some grass and it formed into a giant horseshoe and was the neatest thing to stand in the middle of. All that orange smoke rising around you made you think you were in the temple of doom (indiana jones). Then the rest is pics from today, not a forest fire I guess but I thought it was pretty neat to see. The 25mph gusts today helped give it a good run http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMoGdeNfLoc Got some pics of it all too. If you want the full size pic just right click the pic and hit "copy image address" then paste it into the web address bar and it will come up full size.

I was going to make a graph of the 2 stroke HFRR at different ratios. From this http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/cummins/general/2-cycle-oil/hfrr/hfrr.htm I know that 2 stroke at 200:1 is HFRR 474 and regular #2 is 636. So I can do some generalizing and figure out a formula by using the 162 difference between the two HFRR's, I can say that 400:1 would have an HFRR with a difference of half that, so 162/2=81, 636-81=555. Now that you know how I have it calculating, I will show you the stats and you can see the issue I run into at the bottom.

On the way down I went all the way down I55 down the side of Missouri all the way to the boothill. I recall Dorkweed showing me it was flat and I just couldn't believe how flat it actually is. You could literally trash the level and build your house making sure it was equal length above ground on all sides and it would be level I got some pics and 2 of them have this green crap that seems to be a parasite. I don't know if anyone has seen the new (older now I guess) GI Joe movie where the bomb makes everything have that grassy stuff on it before eating it all away, but this stuff was just like that. It covered EVERYTHING. The ground, the trees, it engulfed it. …

So I thought I would share for those of use who use an impact wrench to make life a little easier. My hands are shot so when I wrench on my cars I tend to use power tools where possible to lessen the strain on my hands. I was using a Kobalt 350 ft/lbs wrench but the thing is fairly heavy and doesn't make that much power. Don't get me wrong it works well for it's intended purpose and actually is quite a bit better than any Campbell Hausfeld or Harbor Freight cheapies (i.e. $40 or less.) So I purchased a composite NitroCat 1200k after reading some reviews on them. Ultimately I was shocked at how much power it had using an older 120v 20-gallon compressor. Ho…
