What a Bargin !  $138 complete !  Ok .... what is the deal with these?

They are completely illegal for highway use. There is no way to properly use an HID bulb without the projector part. This is what controls the beam and pattern. 

 

 

I don't see any projector lens in that kit...

the ballast and hardware is %100 garbage as well.  The reason why HID get such a bad rap is people cheap out and buy the cheapest ballast and bulbs then blame them when they only get a few months of use befor ethe ballast burn out.  

 Thanks for the info   . I figured they were some cheap junk. If you pay a added cost $$ you can get a 3 month warranty Ha Ha, Wow, 3 months,
