Just had my transmission upgraded at Dynamic Transmission, LLC and wanted to give John a shout out. I was really impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Check out my youtube video on the work.

That can’t be Jon, not enough ATF on him. :whistle2:

Glad you were able to make it out there, and I’m sure your truck is too!

No. It already had a stage 2 build in it which included a $1200 billet converter. He charges $500.00 to R and R the transmission. And then $90.00 per hr. for his time, plus parts. But with his knowledge he works WAY faster than your average tranny guy. I put a list of most of the stuff that was done at the end of the video.

We tore everything down for inspection, installed the billet input shaft, and then upgraded the forward, direct and OD brake clutches to the Raybestos GPZ's (which adds one more disc to the direct than the Stage 2 had). Then we recalibrated the valve body and put the new separator plates in it.

Haha... That was just after the windstorm blew the siding panels off of my shop. Too funny... I also see that I was wearing my Sunday best that day! Nice...

@Dynamic Gotta hang around the site springtime is coming I'm sure you could sell more transmission kits or get more work into your shop.

@sprpilot Give that transmission a good 10k miles to settle down and man you enjoy the way that transmission behaves. Remember to change the filter after the break-in period.
