I just put a vp44 on my truck and got it running but it idles at 1000 rpm but when I floor it it’ll idle at normal rpm. With the key on I tested all 6 wires and they all have right around 5v. Unplugged the tps and it idles fine obviously but what should I be chasing at this point? Codes are p0123 p0113 p0118 p01693 x2 p0236 p0237

Time to replace the APPS sensor. Make sure to get a Timbo's APPS and don't try to adjust the voltage. This could be what you've done with voltage adjustment. 

 

 

 

The apps was replaced this winter. But why would even the grounds have 5v??

Possible the sensor ground is shorted to sensor ground? Is there any APPS wiring mods?

 

As for the P0123 code...

Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (APPS)

You didn't have this problem and no codes before the VP44 was replaced?  Is this right?

If so then you have a wire problem probable in the harness near the VP.  Open the harness near the V Pand check for a bad power/ground splice or pinched wires

I have an edge juice on the truck

For the testing purposes disconnect the Edge Juice completely. This way we can rule out the Edge Juice causing the issue or not. 

Ok. But all the other high volt codes make me think it’s not the sensor but the ECM itself going haywire with the 5v supply 

Again pull the Edge juice off you might find a different answer. It's been known to cause issues if the boost fooler shorts out. First ditch the Edge Juice clear your codes again then see if the codes return if not the Edge Juice is damaged. 

Start simple. Disconnect the Edge and eliminate it and tnen work forward. Costs nothing but time.

Do I need to unplug all the plugs or just disconnect it at the box 

Disconnect every thing back to stock. No need to remove it just plug everything.
