Well finaly got my qaudzilla back. They replaced the circuit board and sent a brand new wiring harness.Reinstalled it last night and now have some different issues. First off i now have a whining noise at all times that follows engine rpm. Second my truck idles a bit more rough with it installed and when free revving the engine at about between 1k and 2k rpm there is a dead spot in the rpm band. i can stomp it at idle and it will just drop out and come right back. When returning the tune level to zero it idles and revs perfect. Wht the heck is going on? This is stock v2 tuning as well. Havnt started the custom stuff yet. The rpm issue also does it under load. I will get on it and it will hesitate a tiny bit and go again. Please help. Thanks

  • Step #1, is to understand the tuning.  you need to read the below article and understand what the tuning variables do.     If you are not willing to put in time to tune your truck, then it

  • Don't play with wiretap until you get your canbus fuel map adjusted properly.

  • They abandoned Tfarao's truck, it was still stuck on lvl 1 when he got it back.   I can't remmeber much about it, but I think tyler said it wouldn't do more than 10-20 mph the way it was.

That's why most stack with a smarty to make up the short comings.

Or a TS MVP. I like my stack, but there is pretty well 0 for tuning. The TS is more friendly than the Smarty in my opinion, also a lot less to fool with. Nothing wrong with Smarty. Like to try a Quad some day.

Is it possible to gain all the power i want with within reasonable levels with turbos and injectors alone? Such as 7x10s and an he351? What would mpgs be?

without timing mpg will be garbage.  If you liked the edge run the edge.

Would theyre be a noticeable power bump if i stuck with my 75s and threw a trurbo on theyre? current mpgs are like 18 19

Timing and fuel is where all of your power comes from.  Even adding a big turbo like a S475 only nets you about 50 more hp.

You're in need of a tuner is what it boils down to.
