I got some codes that keep coming up P0238,P0234, and P0236 so i decided to remove the map sensor and try to clean it but the map sensor turns but its not unthreading now im not sure how to remove it

What size socket are you using on it? 

1-1/16 6 point deep well socket

Yes sir. 

Get a mirror back there and verify you don't have a damaged map sensor.  

 

It's just a thread sensor so it either unthreads or it is damaged and will need to be pulled somehow.
