Napa map sensors and truck not running well

Are Napa map sensors any good? My truck has been thru 3 Napa map sensors in the last 4 months. I’m wondering if they’rs a deeper issue? 

 

 

 

I have noticed lately that my truck is not running well and don’t sound at all like other 24 valves around. It idles rougher and overall sounds way different. Valve lash is good fuel pressure is good. I have a set of stock injectors I’m putting in soon and I may replumb the entire fuel system as I’m wondering about air in fuel. What you guys think? I’m getting very fed up with how it runs.

    Injectors... My first stop. Being no tuner stock or RV275. Map sensor has zero impact on idle.    If had the Quadzilla we could diagnose the MAP sensor more. Data log and check it.

Rough running and idle typically injectors.

    My MAP failed but the engine ran fine just under a very defueled state. As in 39% being most load I saw on the engine. Per SGII anyway. How old are your injectors?

    My injectors have 15k miles.

    That is pretty low mileage. But if you have a set of new ones I would put them in and see what happens.

    My First set of DAP 7 x 0.0085 SAC @ 305 bar where very rough running and stalled quite a bit. Injector issues typically. Again MAP sensor has zero impact on idle and low speeds. A rough running engine is usually because the injectors are not spraying clean or nozzle issues or possibly crossover tube issues. I had barely 8k miles on those injectors and had to send them back. Bad injectors can happen at low mileage.

    I really hope this is the issue. And to clarify im not saying the map sensor is cuasing my idle and rough running issues. The map sensor issues are two different things I just put them both in one thread. Are map sensors from Napa ok qaulity or not? Like I said I have been thru three of them lately. Not sure if they're is a deeper issue...?

    Do you know makes for NAPA? The o e I bought was from Orielly's. Standard Motor products. I have had good luck SMP stuff. Dont know anything about the NAPA ones.

    Can you post a video of how it's running?  That's going to help us the most
