Hi,

so to disturb everybody, but anyone could help me to find the little problem with my stop lights? 

They dont work, I ve changed the bulbs, control the fuse, it-s ok. So I ve no current which arrive to the brake pedal switch? On fuse there is 12,5 volt? How can I do? Thank you for your help

Sounds like he has no power to the brake switch, which is over my head.

Yes I think it s the brake switch, because I ve touched it and it works intermittent. It s strange. I ve changed it about 10 month. It s sensitive??

There is a certain way to change it, make sure to follow instructions. 

I haven't done it on my truck yet but do have a switch for some reason :think:, oh yeah I was trouble shooting my abs light and was going to change it then figured out it was a sensor in rear end.

Never have understood why you cant reuse them after removing one.

Because its a self adjusting brake light switch once installed the switch adjusts to the arm. When you remove the switch the switch will ratchet out and be maladjusted after that making worthless when you install again.

I'm no sunny beach, but maybe there is a pin you pull after installing it and then it come out to whatever length it needs :think:

Came across mine in samll box of parts I bought a while back. Was going to use it when I changed out the bushings on the pedals. That day just has not arrived yet.

It s not the same brake light switch like mine. Mine is other model older than it. I dont know if I the procedure is the same. I have a hole square it s different
