I have code P0230 transfer pump circuit out of range.

I have resistance at 5 ohms everywhere except at the transfer pump connector between the blk/wht wire and yel/wht wire

When checking the resistance at the transfer pump connector I have no resistance the ohm meter acts like I haven't connected to anything.

Any help is appreciated

I'm going by moparman's instructions how to check the resistance

Not sure if this is a connector from ecm that powers the pump you're talking about. If so you should have power at key on for a second and if you bump the key you should have power for 30 seconds. If you don't your ecm is damaged.

I found the issue this morning. The computer has a bad circuit.

You can try fixing it i suppose if you feel you can, or send it to one of the approved ecm repair places on this site, or wire in few relays. Another option is to spend money on mechanical lift pump and don't look back, that is probably what I would do.

I ran a secondary pump off of an oil pressure switch for several years. worked fine.
