Looking for injector/turbo upgrade for strictly towing. End goal is compounds but, id rather keep 5k into rebuilding the 200k mile engine if it needs it. I just purchased a 40' 2 car trailer that i use for my hobby demo derby and i will make multiple trips to New York to drop southern clean cars from my state of Florida to my brother. Ive upgraded a bunch on the truck since i bought it not even 9 months ago. I used Me78569 stock injector towing tune and it was great but was getting into 1250 on the egt temp gauge and Florida is super flat up north with the huge hills and grades i think turbo will be a issue. Most research ive done says a 62/68/12 is what i need with 100+ hp injectors but want more opinions. Truck Is a 2001 3500 dually, NV5600, New Blue Chip vp44 , Quadzilla adrenaline, ARP head studs, South Bend dual disc organic/ceramic clutch, 5 inch mbrp straight exhaust Air dog 165 Lift pump, beans diesel sump, etc. First pic was last weekend with a buddys  trailer second pic is my new 40' that i need to pick up whenever with corona **** is over. Thanks for all input.spacer.pngspacer.png

Should run great! Just got back from a camping trip at the coast. First trip with my hybrid. Pulled a 7% grade with the cruise control set at 57mph.   My trailer loaded weighs in at about 7,500 lbs.  truck ran great!  Couldn’t be happier.

Got everything installed huge power difference. Trucks alot of fun. Purchased a couple tunes  from mopar man and me, and also from a reputable guy off Facebook. Having a little egt issues with the towing tunes but useable. Going to try and turn the egts down some but so far enjoy it very much. It's a different type of animal together used to as the stock setup full throttle in the stock setup would get me in the 1350 area for egts, but the new setup about 1/2 throttle for 4-5 seconds will pop me up there. Plan on getting a gauge pillar and looking for recommendations on what 3 gauges to go with I already figured another pyro gauge.

Isspro is my go to for gauges.  The Quadzilla Adrenaline already has 20+ parameters to monitor and data log.  Would be cheaper to buy a second phone (or a used donor ) to keep it connected to the truck instead of using the one you receive calls on.

Are you running wire tapped.

I hit 1100 quick then that's about the roof.  I can run grades with my foot on the floor t about 2000 rpm feels and sound like it hold the trajectory with no asphalt needed.  :)

If your hot and the quads running my thiughtvwould be to shut it off . Tune from factory base line then bring in just quad timming then maybe alittle fuel if it stays cool
