It overlooks a very picturesque and agricultural part of the Sequachee Valley. He has 90 acres and uses it as a a very secluded sanctuary where he can relax in the nude. It isn't reachable by car or rv owing to the power line trail that leads to it. No power or water, though he intends to add some form of them , almost no noise besides the odd loud truck from the farms in the valley which you have to be paying attention to hear. No air traffic either. The valley is over 1000ft below.
