Ok, like Hawthorne berry for blood pressure,  essential oils for fybro...need ailments to advise

 The blood pressure example was helpful, I have high BP. Thanks for that tip. Is hawthorn berry a liquid? Pill? 

 Would there be something for someone that has typically low blood pressure?

I've been using Hawthorne Berry at 520mg capsules.
