A big thank you to all vets, including my son, what they do is truly outstanding.:thumbup2: they will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

Vets are awesome, they are some of the friendliest people out there and have so many stories to tell. I do think they need to be given more than the rose or whatever they get at the ceremonies. I watched too many shows on WW2 and the way they had to do things was just incredible. There was one show I watched of a group of specialists like the navy seals of today I guess, anyways they had to crawl for I think 100 yards under barbwire right in front of armed guards everywhere. A few of their airplanes flew over to shoot at the guards while the men crawled and eventually got through undetected, killed the guards, and freed the 700 or something innocent prisoners. I can't remember what they were called, some indian name that I think started with a P. But yeah, they are great :thumb1:
