Its a rubber coating paint so basically you'll never get rock chips in the paint. I consider it a fad for the most part like over on RamForum.com a lot of guys are plasti-dipping there rims and other small parts on there vehicle.

you can peel the plastidip off that car, linex is permanant and more durable but adds weight.

If it gets rock chips, then you would have to peel it and redo it, right? Just seems like a waste of time to me... Spray it with a bedliner and be done with it! :lol:

Well, I got a 5" exhaust tip. Maybe I already have a fart can. :lmao: Does not sound real gassy though.

I sprayed both my bumpers, Grill and rims with the stuff. Its cheap easy to use and very smooth. Also is a semi flat black looks mean.
