December 4, 201212 yr Author I don't know who he is so I don't get it. He's from the "Dos Equis" beer commercials. The ones that state............."I don't always drink beer; but when I do, it's Dos Equis." There've been numerous "spooks" on that commercial since. Just saying, not arguing of course!!
