Would new injectors quiet down my rig? When I run 2 cycle oil at the specified ration it's a little quieter. But still have a clicking sound almost like a lifter sound on a gas motor with low oil. Lol. Or like a cracked exhaust manifold sound. No rough idle though. So I don't believe that an injector is inoperative. Just wondering what to expect with new injectors. Almost 180k miles now. Will they give me better fuel economy? My primary objective besides reliability.

You will see better fuel mileage after the new wears off with most quality injectors. I see better mileage even with 7x.010's.

Did the valves a few months ago, but ill check them again. Maybe I missed one that's way out of whack.

If you put your ear to the air filter ... Does the ticking seen quite loud ?

No, seems to be coming more from left side. No clicking from BHAF. Just some low rumbling.

Need to try and track down source of clicking ..... Time to start climbing around

had a thought, did you tighten the injector hold down plates fully? maybe one could be jumping?
