Can someone help me please

You sure it is turning over fast enough? That sounds more like it is cranking slow than anything else. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge on your truck? If so what does it read while cranking?

What's the batteries like? Are cables and connections good? I agree with MnTom.

Ehmm.. check the starter? If your starter is not cranking then its either going out or the batteries are dying. It should be pretty simple.

Get the batteries load tested, check all your cable connections to the starter, all grounds, if everything is in good condition its probably time to pull the starter.

Batteries need to be load tested.

Starter needs to be pulled and check for contact wear and brush wear.

Need to do a voltage drop test on the battery cables.

Then double check the fuel system isn't losing prime and filling with air.

He said it cranks over fine.  Is there a chance some wire somewhere is corroded and the starter pulls the voltage down enough to keep whatever from turning on?  Hence why pull starting it fixes the issue since the starter isn't pulling the voltage down.

Now, my question is, will he be back?
