Good for you! What did you find to be the problem?

the shop that installed a pwr steering filter let the return hose sit loose too close to the fan, fan wore a hole in said hose so i spliced a good piece in till a new return line is installed, also rerouted splice away from fan and nothing is near it . Sara is a great gal and was under the truck with me learning. she will be good till the hose is replaced

here is a pic of the issue, i rotated the fan to show where it was touching the hose. its clear where it was.

I hate when something so simple makes your day go all to crap. Good job, Sir!

It's great to see people so willing to help. I think we've all been the "victim" of a break down before and left stranded away from home, and having a local who is willing to lend a hand is priceless.

she was down for about an hour but they had dinner while waiting for my arrival.

$10 bucks is too much for membership On a site that folks are willing to save someone $100 tow fee and a fee for repairs. Not to mention the loss of time. A lot cheaper than AAA.

This is awesome to see people helping each other like this! Keep your eyes peeled, I'm towing 2000 miles round trip over the next ten days.
