  1. Long intermission... I return! After a lot of phone calls, a trip to Lewiston, ID, and waiting for freight. I finally got a toolbox and my base set of tools. Finally got to look Thor over and figure out the grid heater light issue. So I was pulling injectors, and #2 crossover nut was backed up to the injection line. I figure reassemble and try again, hoping I solved the issue this time. Nope, after 70 to 100 miles, it will trip the grid heater light. I gave Lenny a quick call, and he still wants them sent back for inspection.
  2. Here is the video @CH123 posted to my PM box. https://photos.app.goo.gl/qGaBgUBK9mxsUXo5A
  3. His video has the classic touch the throttle jumps to high idle with zero control. Typically a bad PSG being the data is not reaching the PSG correctly and is being dropped. This is confirmed with the P1689 code. Throttle info not being listen too since it started and runs this shows the power is available but no data from the ECM.
  4. On the Dodge FSM it will list wire colors and gauge size.
  5. Here is how the CCD Network works and the wiring map for it all. https://mopar1973man.com/cummins/articles.html/24-valve-2nd-generation/engine/electrical/ccd-chrysler-collision-detection-data-bus-r329/?&do=getNewComment&d=4&id=329
  6. Same here. I was referring to @yohon that is running 2-way valves to keep water flowing or shut off. People who race these trucks don't worry about heater cores and A/C most race trucks don't even have a dash. Yeah, I'll keep this broken dash truck and keep going.
  7. Noted... Power Steering Pump Repair Kit For 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Just reposting the link to make it searchable for other people.
  8. It's worth remembering that when racing a Cummins, most will ditch the heater core circuit altogether.
  9. I just got home. Ill see what I can do for a measurement for you.
  10. Yeah that nickle sized magnet does exist inside the reservoir. Gotta ask did anyone find a reservoir o-ring source?
  11. The heater hose from the head is the supply of hot coolant and the steel tube is return. I would suggest the supply side for a valve. As for Beast I've got 500k and the steeper motor is having issues moving the door and my stock coupler is still good no damage. I might be looking for a new stepper motor this winter. It's weird but it will get stuck on full heat all winter. Then simmer come it starts working again. Cracked circuit board? Bad soldering joint?
  12. Yup. Today I officially classify as a senior citizen. Yup im 55 years old. Computer tech, diesel tech, and now a makeup artist. @Tweety Bird has a plan for me.

My adventure of having a second run at bladder cancer and going back and forth to chemo treatments and surgeries. "Titanium" the character, kept me going and helped me with depression and stress of the idea I might not make it. I've made several new friends and found a new way to enjoy life as I continue to dress up and do my Titanium makeup. I'm always taking my adventure out into the public and share my artwork with everyone!
