Screening mouse access in Cirrus...
That makes sense then. They feel comfortable exploring underneath the hood. Bunch of cowards. I feel your grief and hope that's the cure.

Screening mouse access in Cirrus...
You could check the seals @ the heater hose ports and the a/c ports that enter the case . Planet fitness will soon be closed for these mice acting like hampsters. I hope it's a simple fix in the end.

Screening mouse access in Cirrus...
Good luck with the cowl. If indoors put talc powder to see the movements. For a car, if is there a rust hole or gap near the trunk they gain access through the back seat also. I've had good results with fresh bait in my farm house and barn. If you don't mind the smell of mint oil maybe its worth a try. Good luck. - - - Updated - - - I have muliple vehicles in long term storage. For daily drivers maybe a KILL trap while your looking for the access. There's a cool electric one that gives them the chair. Avoid eating inside the car or leaving cups or wrappers. You probably already know this but figured I'd throw it all out there. - - - Updated - - - Last but not least, a feral cat.

Suspension question
Sorry for the delay. They use the same knuckle according to the part #'s. You can review the part #s in a Dodge oem parts site and put in the #'s I listed for you. Scroll down and see all the listed models covered. You should be good to go.

ISSPRO EV2 electronic FP gauge
Outstanding. I was looking at the wrong end. at this time my fuel gauge doesn't fluctuate. Around the time I upgraded the fuel system I read somewhere about the electric fuel pump not needing a snubber. Maybe the hammering on both ends makes it worse. It's nice to see others so dedicated and responsive talking about our machines. I spent the better part of today working on my truck. I have a 600+ mile round trip ahead of me. I did a shake down and now finishing up on getting everything together. I have my slide on camper on it and I'll be pulling a 14ft enclosed trailer. I'm always hauling things. I took the wife and kids to a family Thanksgiving get together in PA. I'm inclined to keep the camper on for a while because it's so comfortable with this setup. I love my Dodge. I spent so many man hours on this truck. I bought it new in 97. It never let me down. I know I need to rebuild the tranny at some point w/130,000 towing miles it's starting to get soft. I let it lock up before I give it a workout. I'm always thinking of a better mouse trap with my truck and machines. I like every aspect of what makes what tick. I'm impressed that you even have a video concerning water hammer. That's cool. Thanks.

ISSPRO EV2 electronic FP gauge
Then if I was to guess why, I'd say the electric fuel pump in all series trucks use the same principal style. The gerotor style pump in the air dog may just avoid those spikes. Just curious though. Thanks for reply.

I'm not familiar with the effects of later models with stock electric pumps. That's interesting but makes me wonder why. I do love my air dog.

Coolant flushing
I'm uncomfortable running the engine for any amount of time with straight water. There's no lubrication to the water pump. I know years ago you could get water pump lube for those cases. Alkaline level is important to keep it clean as mentioned. The engines with liners have to worry about deteriorating "o" rings. Those applications demand a coolant filter with a release agent. 5.9's Don't have liners, so that's good for us. Head gasket protection and just keeping it all flowing is good. I recently changed the thermostat because I needed to . I'm just too cheap to do it annually.

They made a delicious treat out of my 57 chevy interior. I now leave trays of poison or weather blocks for them to break the cycle. - - - Updated - - - http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Mice-Naturally some interesting info

ISSPRO EV2 electronic FP gauge
If I understand it correctly, the only time you need the snubber is when you have a mechanical transfer pump. From your sig I see you have an electric pump. There may be a take off on your pump housing to screw in a gauge right there. The mechanical transfer pump fluctuates abruptly and the electric is smooth. I myself have an air dog with adjustable pressure screw. Theres a plug on my pump housing where the gauge fitting goes. I don't run a snubber and have no fluctuation at the gauge. Good luck.

On the 2wd, the 2500 and the 3500 will work. Gas and diesel. P/N 52037682 (right side) P/N 52037683 (left side) - - - Updated - - - Those #'s are for the steering knuckle.

BHAF Question....
An "Outerwears" filter cover is nice. It filters down to 5 microns. You can get it water resistant. It's already heat resistant. It's especially good to cover paper filters. I noticed more low end torque. I added a Banks twin ram and that made another difference in the mid range that was noticeable.

Cold start and block heater
I use a heavy duty timer also( for a/c's etc. Not "security" model). Not so cold, I set it for an hour or two. Cold to very cold 3-4 max. Sometimes in extremely cold weather the wait to start light may come on anyway. I've lifted the hood to check. The engine WAS heated. The sensor by the intake was cold enough to trigger the system. I dont wait under this condition, I just crank. Pre-heated will get you started and save cranking power. Good luck.

Little squeak
Must be rubbery soft. If it comes back the gatorback sounds good. I believe I have a gates on there now.

Little squeak
Don't forget the belt tensioner. My truck made that noise for quite some time and many belts later. The tensioner and belt together did it. I felt great getting rid of that sound. It's gotta be easier on the belt from all the forces that ISX mentioned and yes there's a lot of chirping going on out there. Good luck.
