EXHAUST NOISE drone
Update! I have since changed out the 17'' FTE res. for a 30'' FTE res. I'm real happy with the set up now. Drone is practicaly gone now, and my Tater-turbo's whistle shines through REAL nice!!

I havnt seen higher boost psi then the stocker...32psi as before. How does this compare to stock psi?? i'm running the j-06 on sw3[100hp] tm2[max.] tq1[min.] Pod85 does the j06 boost fool? if it does, how does this work?? thanks!!

Hav'nt done a wot run yet,...but in a ''to the hardware store drive'' i noticed the drive psi gauge is steady'er and its definetly lower then the stock turbo! Ill try to get some #ers soon. Till then you'll just have to thrash in agony! I love starting off!,.. every time i'm rewarded by that sweet turbo ''thrilling'' sound! did i mention this before?

DRIVE PRESSURE gauge & port location
I am using my regulated gauge and the highest iv seen is 55+psi wot...I have a quick connect where the poly begins so i can slip stoppers in both the copper end & the poly end. This is what i'll do most of the time, as there is no point in always having d.psi readings. Also might keep the poly cleaner. I'm not using a filter. If i think about it , i have some #ers that i can post...................but since my copper is so ugly......................

yea, man, fine spirits,...thats like, when im smilin? ...... copper?, oh yea!, i just wanted to 'cool' my drive pressure, man .... just like my 'cool hose' intake is like, cool & stuff,..way cooler then your intake, man...... JOHN, is exhaust brake drive psi as 'bad' for the eng. as 'under power' drive psi?

well,well,well i got it connected. now the hard part! to not run in a tree when im trying to peg my gauges! i tryed a reg. air psi gauge, but at low psi it sounded like a woodpecker tapping on the 0psi peg! ......now i have a 'bought' boost gauge on, havnt tryed this yet, but should be good.

welcome!! ohhhh, a monstor 6.7l CUMMINS! great engines.. to bad about emitions......as for questions, fire away! a lot more folks are watching then are responding. we are all learning. i really hope you/we can get your HUMMIN, CUMMINS runnin right soon!

THANKS! the pre inj. i do like...a lot less noise under these trucks hoods...post as was said is epa. i was told that its not off, but is reduced, by a 'one' that should know....i'll stop digging on post inj. I did talk with coffmens in texas & am planning to tap into john's expertise with udc & see if i can get rid of my ''hansel 'n' gretal'' trail... i am leaning towards getting a tator 62-65-12, a lot of guys seem happy with theirs. This just might help with my 'hansel trail' as well....... hopefully my 'hummin cummins will be ready to pick up today!!!! [trans.]

I expected you to say something..... i guess i'll find out! shop owner has one in his 48re behind 500hp....he was more familiar with this brand then some others & has used many over the years...i expect it will help. i dont mind that you responded.

Good topic, to many people get bitter when this or people ''let'' them down. We could say Job had every reason to be hopin mad!, but he passed the test, not knowing what was going on. GOD ment it for good,...i have been pondering this......

So far looks like trans-go jr. shift kit, borg warner siloniods, hd 2nd. gear servo, deep pan, band adj. new fluid....something like that hopfully back by tue or wed.... i cant wait to drive it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! see how the shift kit helps firm up the shifts.........

I had asked smarty [phone & smarty's site] about post inj. & i was told not turned off, they seemed a bit vauge.....maybe they didnt want to say,.... epa??? i did see the post on tdr that it IS off... would i be able to hear? i do remember that on heavy throttle an extra 'sound' would come on [engine], but i dont remember if that was with the edge evo-ht programmer or j-06. i think edge... when i get my ram back from trans service i'll check again..... thanks for the udc info! what does your company need? [info] to write a tune. also, if i would add inj. after getting udc, what would i need to do to change tuning? thanks!!! i am running sw3-2-4 pod@85,- seems[?] better then sw2-2-4...... no, i will not find my way home , but its there,,,,,maybe its time to watch where im driving...... & not worry about it....would udc help here? when eng. is cold, i ''think'' i hear a bit of timing rattle. this sound goes away when end. warmer up. i guess its timing...
