ABS failure found!
I just changed out one of my bearings. I think it's still in my junk pile. @Mopar1973Man. The bearing has major play but the tone ring is ok. U can see the ring through the abs hole.

Brakes
I used the old man buzzard trick. Haha. Used and extension and over size socket up against the hub bolt and knuckle. Started the truck turned the wheel. Pop right out. Once the hub and rotor assembly is out. I beat the wheel studs out with a brass hammer. 3 or 4 blows. Studs came right out. The hub and rotor come right apart.

I got a 99 2500 with the old school setup. Hub and rotor held together by the wheel studs. Just replace the pads and rotors and speed sensors today.

Erratic Fuel Pressure
I think ur right. The sec ball and spring I got lasted a few months before things started to get weird again. I also thought the ball was the problem. It's a steady 17 18 psi now. Been steady for months. Good to know that about the air dog spring. I'll def get one if it acts up again. Strange fass doesn't offer one.

Erratic Fuel Pressure
Mine was erratic. All over the place. My sec ball and spring too. Even when I hit the brakes the fuel pressure would spike. Like the spring was weak. ??? Fass was being *** about sending me another ball and spring. So I shimed it.

Erratic Fuel Pressure
Mike told me too shim the spring. I had 10psi to 7 psi bouncing all over with my fass 95 ti. I put one brake line washer inline with the spring. I have steady 17psi. I don't rec to stretch the spring. It got worst when I stretch mine.

Flash or re-flash
I'll look when I get back to work. I forget exactly what year truck I was looking at. I just was searching for tsb's for gen 2 Cummins. What year is ur truck? I can get more specific with the updates. If u know ur software part numbers I can run them and see if there is an update for ur computers, and exactly what the update does.

Flash or re-flash
found this... 1) flash for pcm SYMPTOM/CONDITION: A change has been made to the PCM software to improve the durability of the transmission internal friction components when certain Drive-Reverse-Drive shift maneuvers are made which are associated with, but not limited to, snow plowing activities. 2) flash for ecu.. There may be a condition of low power or slow acceleration when towing or when hauling a heavy load. This software change, to the Cummins CM551 diesel engine controller, will increase engine torque 3)flash for pcm... SYMPTOM/CONDITION: flash for pcm Some customers may complain that their vehicle speed control system may be too busy or drift more than 2 mph below or above the initial vehicle set speed. Vehicle load and road / terrain conditions may impact this issue. The new PCM software improves the speed control system sensitivity so that the vehicle speed remains closer to its set speed with fewer engine rpm oscillations.

Flash or re-flash
Reflash is erasing the software in a computer module and reinstalling the most up-to-date software. Any computer in our trucks can be updated, if there is one. I've flashed both the pcm and Cummins ecu in my truck. Looking at the service bulletin I don't recall anything to do with fuel.
