Fuel Pressure Question
dripley, The pump is just over 1 year old. I installed it 12/2017 and this is my only issue with it thus far. I am going to park it until I can check volts this weekend. It is just odd that the psi would differ 2 psi running and not running. I don't want to hurt 6 month old vp44 with lackluster fuel pressure or dirty fuel. Tim

Fuel Pressure Question
Good afternoon, I have a quick fuel pressure question. I recently noticed that my FP gauge reads between 14-14.5 psi while driving, it was reading 17psi-18psi a few weeks go. I assumed that the filters may need replacing, although they only have 2500 miles on them if that. I have not swapped filters out as of yet, but noticed something odd today. I bumped the engine over and FP gauge showed 16psi, but when I fired truck up the gauge would fall to 14ish psi. Would the VP44 drawing fuel cause the gauge to drop. I have adjusted the Airdog 4G in the past to show the 17-18spi while running. the gauge "T" with sensor is approx 20 inches away from VP44. I just think it is odd that a few weeks ago fuel pressure was good and the past few days it has dropped and that there is a drop when engine is running compared to when Airdog is solely running. Any help is appreciated. I have not checked voltage at the pump yet, plan to hopefully this weekend. Tim

1999 24v fuel return line questions
Thanks guys. I priced all the parts using Cummins/Mopar part numbers and the price is over $250. Was looking for ideas to make the system for cheaper but still be reliable and not leak. Tim

1999 24v fuel return line questions
Good evening, I have a 1999 Dodge 24v and am looking at replacing the fuel return system. Has anyone made their own return system? If so, do you have a list of parts used? I may just buy stock parts, but would like other opinions. I am looking at replacing the line at the back of the head, line from vp and the t fitting. The return line going to the tank is in good condition and does not need replacing. The other lines are rusting and starting to leak. Thanks, Tim

V1 to V2 tuning
Good evening, I have a chance to buy a used Quadzilla Adrenaline V1. Was wondering if I could update it to V2 tuning? If so, how? It comes with control pad and the old black display screen also. Thanks, Tim

What makes 24 valves sound different from each other?
John, Truck has a 4in diamond eye exhaust with muffler. It's just loud, but I like it that way.

2 stroke oil and fuel pressure
I dont have any big busy places around me, so I am stuck with local convenience store diesel. Last year I used power service anti gel every other tank, but that was with a 170k miles vp44 and don't want to add anything that will reduce lubricity this winter. I dont have grid heaters either. Tim

2 stroke oil and fuel pressure
I thought I noticed a slight sound difference also. Another quick question, mopar1973man, what do you use for antigen with the 2 stroke oil? I live in CNY and wanna make sure my fuel doesn't get but also dont want to add anything that will harm vp44. Tim

2 stroke oil and fuel pressure
Perfect Thanks! I don't want to ruin the VP44. Was a pretty penny and was not expecting when it died earlier this year. Tim

2 stroke oil and fuel pressure
I have not had grid heaters since spring. I removed the harness when my relays died. I am going to adjust the FP up this weekend. Would 18psi at idle be okay?

2 stroke oil and fuel pressure
Thanks guys. I have noticed prior to yesterday that with my quad xzt+ turned on performance mode the FP will hit 13 to 14 if I'm WOT so I was going to increase it a little anyways, but wanted to see if adding 2 stroke would cause a change in fp. Tim

2 stroke oil and fuel pressure
Good morning everyone, Yesterday I started using 2 stroke oil at fill up. I have a reman vp44 from T-bred with 1000 miles and been reading 2 stroke oil is the way to go for pump longevity. After I filled up I noticed my FP was at 14.5ish lbs compared to the 15lbs it was at before adding the 2 stroke oil. Is this normal? Has anyone else seen this? I have an Airdog 4g lift pump so I'll just increase the pressure tomorrow but thought it was odd my fp would drop. Tim

Grid Heater Harness
I removed it bc the solenoids needed to be replaced, I bought new solenoids and now can't find harness. I'll look into making my own. Thanks Tim

Everyone post a picture of your truck!
I am not sure if injectors are stock. I see 1100-1200 if I get into it. My hx35 maxes out at 20psi boost. I know previous owner did nothing to truck, but idk what owner before them did, if anything to motor. Tim
