Put in the map sensor at lunch. Problem solved. Mechanical and Quad are now within 1-2psi from my quick blast across the parking lot. Quad saw 24psi today. Its never read above 13psi or so since i installed it. Old one was still 32mm which makes me really believe it had never been changed. Have 184xxx on it.

@TFaoro new holes in door for me. The bolts are spaced farther apart than the dodge holes. Think that may help with vibration. Already have mirror connectors to use but my truck was manual everything. I added power locks, mirrors, windows so i don't really care about modifying wiring in it.

I run 55 front 45-50 rear. That economy tune is based off your 7x.010 injectors correct?

I went Cummins. Found them online for a little more after shipping but i got it in my hand today. $102.14 after employee discount and tax. I have the service history on my truck and cannot find where it was ever changed.

Bolt pattern not the same. Drilled 3 new holes. Ohmed the chevy wires to find which pairs went together. Hit 12 volts to them to find polarity. Haven't looked at Dodge wiring yet but can't be that hard. If i have to I'll wire in a chevy switch but don't think that will be needed. Could have drilled and tapped the mirror base but i did door.

My buddy is getting me a MAP sensor today. $103 after tax for a Cummins. Best price i could find.

That milage is about 50/50 highway and town. I'm open for suggestions on this. Forgot to add i have RV275 injectors too.

Thanks. I like it better than the Dodge tow mirror. Hope to get them on the truck this weekend just depends on the rain.

Got the driver side on my spare door. Next i need to make a pattern and transfer it to the doors on the truck. Fits pretty good with just a small amount of trimming on the plastic trim.

Top part of both mirrors is flat. They have convex spot mirrors on the bottom of them and the spot mirrors are adjustable (manual) also. They pull out another 4" from these pics.

@Mopar1973Man i don't get it. Truck has no dragging brakes or anything. Drop it in neutral and it will roll easily. Not lifted, 265/75/16 tires 3.54 gear. Overdrive and lock up work. Usually drive 70mph max on interstate.

Got some chevy mirrors from Amazon for $90 for the pair. They fit 88 to 99 or 2000 Chevys. They actually fit a lot better than I thought they would. Had to drill three holes in the door it will have to make a hole for the wiring to go through. Looks like it'll work a lot better then what I had.

Wife told me i break too many phones not to have a case on HER Kindle so have one coming from Amazon. That means it will not fit on the dash anymore.

Shopping for a Cummins sensor this evening. Best price I've found is about $90. Have a buddy that works for Cummins so I'll hit him up tomorrow. Finally broke 13 mpg. Got 13.308 on the last tank. Surprised me because there were a few days of 85-90mph interstate runs in there and 3 days of 15 minute warm-up.

Jumper is in the right spot. Guess it might be time for a MAP sensor.

Is it normal for the boost gauge on the Quad to read lower than a mechanical boost gauge? Quad shows about half what my Autometer gauge shows.

I have mine set at 300. Doesn't run long after key is off and the only time its a problem is in a drive thru. Tap the throttle killing it works great now that i know about it.

Tried tapping the throttle today after i turned the key off. That's so much easier than opening the menu and turning the timer off and on. Wish i knew that sooner.

I looked at those. Over 500 bucks. Can't do that.

I've been trying to find some better mirrors for my 01. I really do not care for the Dodge flip up mirrors. I've seen something about using Chevy extendable mirrors on the 2nd gen but haven't found out for sure what year mirrors to use. Anyone here know anything about this?

In the short time I've used the Quad my biggest complaint is the menu button. I have to hit it 5 times or more to get it to open. I would like to see a turbo timer button on the gauge screens. A way to turn turbo timer on and off without opening menu would be great for drive thru. My old timer I could tap the brakes after key off and it would die. I miss that function

Wonder what they do about the lifetime warranty if they no longer sell what you bought?
