At 65 mph at least 1150-1200 unless it’s just coasting then lower to about the same numbers your at. But I’m geared at 3.55 with 37s

Top speed this morning on the way to work was 54MPH, 1081 EGT, 11lbs boost, and 2432 RPM. I live 7 miles away from work.

Simple ditch the tires or change ring and pinion gears. EGT problem goes away.

Right now with my setup I can be hitch up grossing 17k to 18k pounds put my Quadzilla on level 3 and mash my throttle to the floor with 7 x 0.0085 injectors and HX35/40 turbo and never reach 1,200*F. I'm also running 31" tires now but soon to drop to 30" tires (245/75 R16) which drops another 100*F off the EGT's and increases torque to the ground.

I said the same thing... He needs to regear the truck or ditch the 37" tires.

im getting away with running 35's as i have the 4:10 ratio, it does well. the only time i use 6th gear now is if im on level flat road cruising with no load/trailer. other than that im in 5th and it works out well
