      ECM required voltage above 8.0 DC volts to keep running. The dash gauge is not accurate at all. After it drop below 12.00 volts on my truck it instantly drops to 8 on the gauges, rings off the check gage light and there it sits.    Make sure to drive it around awhile and then pull the alternator field lead that way you don't have the grid heater fouling you. Or... Warm it up then disconnect the grid heater lead at the battery and the alternator too. Then you'll get a better test run.

      So a little more to add to this.  I wanted to confirm or deny that fueling had to be at max for this to happen.   I loaded up stock sw3 tune and set the Quad to %50 mode.  

      Note how timing does NOT go to 18.02* as fueling is not at 4087.  I am sure if I had allowed the quad to allow fueling boost might have been a touch higher, but I was still hitting ~25 psi or so.  


      so I am forced to believe that fueling MUST be at %100 in order for the static timing to occur.  Tps input must also be high, but I think the amount of tps input required changes via the revo settings, somehow.     I am still not sure how the maps would make this happen.

        Remember that strap is not actually a circuit ground strap but noise ground. There is no connection from the case to the circuits inside.     Make sure to cycle the connection 3-4 times to clean the connector up with the grease.

      I ran 2-stroke oil (TCW3 from Walmart) in my Dodge pretty much the whole time I owned it. I'm going to try if in my Ford one of these days as well.

      You got dead pedal.  Sign that your APPS is going out. Also, why did you have an overboost code?  The Quad acts as a boost fooler.
