Remember the Cummins ISB was used in many medium duty trucks with air brakes and there is a optional gear driven compressor for these applications. 

 

5.9L Cummins ISB compresor... Gear driven...

 

6.7L Ram gear driven air compressor.

 

Belt driven air compressor.

Don't a lot of the ISB's have rear accessory drives? I wonder if those would work on our application.

That's what I used for years in my Ford dually when it was a gasser. The Cummins is gear drive, Holset 8.5 cfm air cooled. When I need portable air I have one of these.

In which location does that go into Mike? I'm thinking maybe the PS pump set up?
