Ummm when the smoke is boiling out of the tires yup. It is the right color. Typically has that burning tire smell.

This is how @Mopar1973Mankeeps his final drive ratio low.  He turns his 245/75R16 tires into 245/70R16 tires by letting the smoke out.

Quick update, I’ve got the boost back to normal, but still not sure what numbers I’m getting, and here is why. After driving myself crazy trying to figure out why I’m still only showing 10psi on my gauge I tested the boost bolt one last time with soapy water and when I wiggled it around it started making bubbles right where the nylon hose goes into the compression fitting. Not sure where to find a replacement fitting, but might just go with a different set up than the boost bolt. Not done yet, but thanks to everyone that helped me troubleshoot this.

Drop that boost bolt in the trash...

Boost plug just forward of the MAP sensor its a 3/4" pipe plug just bush it down from 3/4 to 1/2 inch then get a bass bushing for 1/2" to 1/8" come out with a PTC fitting for your tubing.
