HELP!! No BUS and gauges quit working

It fixed! Last thing I don't check were the wires in overhead console. About two months ago I replaced the switches for my map lights. I pinched a wire when reinstalling the console. Took a while to rub through the casing, but finally did and grounded out. Luckily my local dealership didn't rape me. Only $150 and half day in the shop. Well I was right about the diagnosis but as for location that a bit tough... But like I was trained for Computer tech support you want to look back over any modification that the owner last did. It might provide a clue. Even I tend forget about my own advise at times... :banghead:

I agree. Usually I assume that something I did may not have gone quite right. In this instance, it had been so long, I had forgotten that I'd even replaced the switches.
