I have not followed the 6.7 side much but I have a co-worker ask me if I knew anything of the Chrysler turbo cleaning system. Said he read one needs to remove and cap off some exhaust system sensors and pour this solution into the turbo somewhere. I was in awe, never heard of such a thing. He said he has been getting the turbo speed sensor error, it has been very intermittent and has not affected its performance at all. Some say to replace the turbo some have told him it could be dirty turbo or bad sensor and if sensor is bad to change turbo, I just laughed and said not to replace turbo at this time. A new software version is available for Smarty Touch. (Firmware: 1.0.16 Data: DRST003B). This version includes the new adjustable parameters and the On the fly feature for the MY2010-2012 trucks. Hope I never have to deal with this stuff but I like to learn. With a DPF the engine basically over-fuels to burn hot and burn out the DPF, correct me if I'm wrong. What does DEF do? Does it burn also or is it just a cleaner that is pumped through? If so what happens to it when it's done cleaning? Probably a dumb question to you guys but I don't have these systems so I need educated. Dad has an 09 and burned the second tail pipe off already, and it re-gened, melted the plastic on the P.B. cable and locked the wheel up because it would not release. He was nose front to a building with a trailer on when he found it..... what a mess. Thanks for the education in advance.

Ok Gang. I've got a local rancher that has had his fill of DPF and EGR problems. He's got a 2008 truck he just barely purchased used. Using it to tend to the herd of cows and travelling dirt roads and slow travel is plugging up the DPF filter constantly. So he's ask if I would do the delete for him. I did this mod to my 2010 hemi as my first mod to it when I got it. It is amazing how much dirt the filter catches that otherwise would be in the cab and in your lungs. I have changed the filter a couple times and it is totally loaded level with sand and dirt. I couldn't believe my eyes when I pulled it out just how much was in it. I do live in and work in the country and this rig sees more gravel than pavement as well as sitting in the parking lot of a coal mine with the main haul road just a few hundred feet away so there are a lot of days it gets a nice coating of coal dust and dirt layering it. I've got a 6.7L Ram Cummins in Riggins, ID. The owner is complaining of lack of A/C or cool air. I showed up today and check the freon pressure and there is at least 70 PSI in the system now. When you turn on the A/C the fan and vent controls work fine. The catch is the compressor is not coming on at all. I checked for error codes and there is some codes for the oxygen sensor but nothing A/C related. I was wondering if any one could give me a hand with finding this issue?

2008 dodge 3500 6.7 4x4 deleted with efi live sometimes it won't start if it does start about 1 minute later all the lights in the dash will come on the tach and speedo will go to 0 and the odometer will say no bus. AnY ideas on how to fix it. Thanks in advance

Hey everyone I am new to this forum. I apologize for posting this here but for some reason I cant post in the section I believe I should. Just a question about quadzilla xzillaraider 2. To my knowledge this is what I have, and its for a 2006 5.9 mega cab 3500. I am trying to load a different tune on it using the quadzilla updater program. Everything works well until I try and update. It says invalid module. I am guessing that im trying to load adrenaline or xzt tunes instead of xillaraider 2 tunes?
