Hey guys, looking for some help on some wiring issues Im having. I've got a '03 CTD motor (had NV5600 behind it), and dropped in 48RE. Rounded up a '04.5 ECM and wiring harness to work with the '03 CTD and 48RE, but the problem I have run into is bulkhead connector, "C-219", as it's called by the CTD Service Manual for '03 trucks. The problem? Well, the '04.5 engine harness doesn't have the exact same wiring/pin locations as the '03 under dash harness. I have all the pin locations and what not for the under dash '03 side. What I need is the pin locations for the engine side of "C-219" for an '04.5 model CTD.Thanks

Hi, does the 3rd Gen have Oil Temp (not oil pressure) info available on OBD port? I use for instance Torque Pro, and cannot find that. Was alraedy painful to get the trans temp to show.... Thanks

Anyone have an opinion as to why the Ram Cummins injectors (and others like it) cost so much? My gosh, you can buy a new dirt bike for the price of 6 injectors especially if they are modified. Even stock ones are what, $3000? Rebuilding your used injectors cost in the neighborhood of $275 each, still unblievable. Seriously, why so expensive? Is this a marketing deal, put limits on the availability and keep the price high?

A 2004 when you first crank up the ABS light comes on and the alarm will ding, then it will go out after maybe 20 seconds. Anybody have any ideas what it may be? Thanks for any help.

I want to post up about the tachometer issues on these trucks. Thor my 2006 truck had an issue with the tachometer being wildly erratic tach either dropping super low or showing way high ready vs live data tool. This is due to the lead-free solder used on the circuit board on the back of the cluster. I know I got to get some photos of the cluster removal which is super easy and doesn't take very long. Once you get the dash trim pulled there are 4 screws holding the cluster in place. I will admit reaching the plugs on the back side are rather challenging but not impossible. i was moving my 2004 2500 around today, i noticed that while i had it running the headlights and taillights were blinking about once every second. I didn't have the headlight switch on even . Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this?

Anyone have pictures of the third gen bumper mounting?
