I checked for bad wheel bearing and ujoints in the front and tie rods and bal joints all is tight a also checked and added some power steering fluid even though it was still above the add mark  could a power steering pump be causing this

So the steering box can cause this well I believe mines beyond adjusting the seals have began to leak just been trying to get funds for a new one and power steering g pump and vaccum pump seal kit to do it all a once

Rebuild kit is roughly $40 for steering box to rebuild it yourself. Cummins vacuum pump seal kit is only $13 to rebuild the vacuum pump.

Hows the blue top box holding up? I just ordered one today...Ryan seems to be an awesome guy. Dropped what he was doing to build a box for me because I need it by the end of the week. Got it shipped the same day and everything....very reasonable pricing too!
