I have a 2001 cummins 2500 all stock. Just recently put fuel gauge on and at idle I am reading 13psi and driving down highway I am at 10-11psi. I have a new lift pump on order but wont have for a few more days. Is it ok to keep running truck with this fuel psi till I get new pump in this Thursday. Or should I leave it parked for the few days.

That is within Bosch's parameters for a stock truck. I cant see it hurting anything unless something is bout ready to go. No good way to determine that however. I have driven mine on less before I knew anything about the importance of good fuel pressure.

Yep.,  as long as you have positive pressure I would say it is ok to drive if you need to.  I wouldn't make a habit of it, but life happens and we can't just pause everything because of something like this.

there are a TON of stock 24v trucks drivng around wiht no FP gauge and no fuel pressure at all haha.
