So I did the 3rd gen brake upgrade today and while looking things over noticed I only have 2 bolts holding my driver side hub bearing on.  I know removing weight helps with mpg/performance and all, but this seems a tad overkill.  I ordered a new set of bolts, should arrive tomorrow morning....and I will be taking my car.

Here now we are talking light weight...

  • Threads didn't appear damaged, I cleaned them up real good yesterday when everything was apart.  I got my new bolts today and they went right in.  I applied some loctite so hopefully I don't lose them

:lmao:removing waight, congrats on brakes but yeah. .... are they broke inside or threads may damaged, don't think they fell out from vibration but these trucks do rattle :cummins:

Mine came loose once. They need to be retorqued when the wheel is installed on the ground.
